Julia joined LSA in January 2022 and brings comprehensive expertise in Finance and Accounting, Treasury and Risk Management, Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Planning and Analysis, M&amp;A, Financial Systems Implementation, and Process Improvement.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:276}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Julia is a results-driven financial leader with broad experience directing all aspects of the accounting and finance functions and supporting business operations.\u00a0 She collaborates with the executive team on LSA\u2019s pricing proposals and builds predictive financial models to enhance the company\u2019s decision-making processes.\u00a0 She\u2019s solution-oriented, analytical, and focused on driving financial excellence, operational transparency, sustainable growth, and fostering trust and integrity in vendor and client relationships.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:276}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Julia is a graduate of Lehigh University where she majored in accounting and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Economics.<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u202f<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">She obtained her CPA license while working as an auditor for PwC and has over 25 years of experience in Finance leadership roles in multi-channel consumer products businesses in the public, private and private-equity space.
