Fran joined Language Services Associates as Chief Financial Officer in January 2019 and has been Chief Administrative Officer since July 2021. He spent over 23 years in various Senior Financial, Operational, and Accounting Management roles. Immediately prior to joining LSA, he served as Chief Operating Officer of the Strategic Staffing Business Unit of NTT Data, Inc. Fran helped guide the Business Unit. through 13 years of sustained growth and profitability with a revenue increase of over 765% during his tenure, including several successful key M&A transactions and integrations.
Fran has extensive Executive-level experience and expertise at several domestic and global service- and technology-focused companies in Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Human Resources, Information Technology, Contracting, Tax, Legal, Risk Management, and Financial Forecasting, Planning & Analysis. He is currently a member of LSA’s five-person C-Suite Executive Team, helping shape and drive the company’s overall strategic direction, with direct responsibility for overseeing Information Technology, Human Resources, Community Engagement & Relations, Contracting, Compliance, and other Legal-related disciplines. Fran is a dedicated devotee of continuous business process improvement to drive optimum results for LSA’s Client base, and to position LSA as a world-class employer whose focus on customer and employee satisfaction is second to none.
Fran is a graduate of The University of Scranton with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. He is married with three adult children and has been active in youth sports coaching and mentoring over the years, as well as other community civic association activities. He has served on local Township and School-related Boards and is currently an active member of the Advisory Board for the Foundation for Learning in Tredyffrin/Easttown (FLITE) – a 100% volunteer non-profit organization whose mission is to provide academic support to over 500 disadvantaged youth in his community. Last, but certainly not least, Fran is an avid and active Philadelphia Sports Fanatic.
