Jennafer Humphreys

As Director of both the Client Experience and Customer On-Boarding teams, Jennafer Humphreys is responsible for overseeing the resolution of and responses to all client feedback. This includes the creation of new processes to address the changing needs of LSA’s clients. 

Jennafer joined LSA in 2018 with over thirteen years of experience in Call Center and Customer Service Management. Jennafer has spent the entirety of her career in the service industry. This background has provided Jennafer with a deep understanding of LSA’s clients’ needs and has allowed her to guide LSA’s clients toward their successful use of interpretation and translation services. 

Jennafer holds a Bachelor’s (Hons) degree in Education from Abington and Whitney Colleges, Oxford, UK. She also has certifications in Call Center Management. 

Jennafer enjoys reading, creating pottery, and spending time with her family.
