As the Vice President of Contracting and Compliance at LSA, Jodi provides strategic guidance to LSA’s Executive Team regarding Compliance and Contracting related issues that may impact the organization. Additionally, Jodi is responsible for oversight of LSA’s Contracting, Credentialing, and Compliance Department, and the overall Compliance of the organization including written policies/procedures, HIPAA compliance, annual compliance training, and monitoring/auditing.
As a respected member of the senior leadership team, Ms. Bralow works closely with organizational stakeholders to build, train, and engage successful teams providing them with the tools to maintain a successful Compliance Program and understand operational impact as it relates to company contracts, compliance, and solicitations.
An expert in healthcare compliance with extensive experience in the language service industry, Jodi is regularly selected to host webinars engaging with healthcare interpreters and translators on the importance of compliance as it relates to their role. Recent webinars have included participation in the California Healthcare Interpreting Association (CHIA) Webinar Series, the Delaware Valley Translators Association (DVTA) East Coast Interpreters and Translators Summit, the first of LSA’s own 2024 Interpreter Webinar series “Connecting the Dots of Compliance,” and more. While not working, Jodi enjoys teaching fitness classes at a local boutique gym and spending time with her family at dance performances and tennis matches.
