Our executive team believes in the importance of truly connecting with employees. At our monthly Coffee with Coop events, team members gather to meet with LSA President, Scott Cooper and have conversations about their work and aspirations. As a virtual event, employees can have Coffee with Coop no matter where in the world they are – just one of the many ways we stay connected at LSA.
The scope of my job duties are mostly what I signed up to do. But there are other demands of the position that allow me to branch out, challenge myself, and learn more. I appreciate knowing all about the moving parts of the company. I also value getting opportunities to contribute to special projects and using technology that improves my skills and makes me more savvy.
