As Chief Officer of Operations at LSA, Pablo Tercero is responsible for redesigning and evaluating the Product Delivery and Supply Chain operations. Pablo works closely with LSA’s President to define multi-year business strategies. He is passionate about establishing a collaborative, high-impact corporate culture, and works to develop talent within the organization.
Pablo joined LSA in 2009 and has over 15 years of experience in the industry. He helps LSA customers by continuously working on improving existing products and creating new solutions to help people communicate.
Pablo studied mechanical engineering at Universidad del Valle de Guatemala while working for ExxonMobil as a Fuels Retail Analyst, which sparked his passion for business process improvement. He obtained a Master’s in Applied Economics and Business Management from a Texas A&M partnership with Universidad del Valle de Guatemala.
During his free time, Pablo enjoys mountain biking with friends and family.
