Holy Cross Health partnered with Language Services Associates (LSA) to bridge language gaps and improve healthcare equity for limited English proficient (LEP) patients. LSA provided video remote interpretation and customized solutions that integrated seamlessly into the hospital’s operations. With onsite training and continuous support, Holy Cross improved connection times, enhanced services, reduced costs, and maintained compliance with Joint Commission standards. This collaboration has enabled Holy Cross to offer high-quality care to diverse patients while optimizing their language access program, ultimately improving outcomes and reducing health disparities.
