The Language Assessment & Testing Program is a service that LSA offers to clients who wish to test the language proficiency and/or interpretation skills of their bilingual employees, interpreters, or candidates for hire.
Evaluate the language proficiency of your bilingual staff
Ensure that your bilingual staff meet the requirements set forth by The Joint Commission and Section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act
Determine whether your bilingual staff can serve as ad-hoc interpreters
Verify that your bilingual candidates have the foreign language proficiency level required for their positions
