As Director Strategic Growth, Arturo Martan is responsible for designing and executing scalable strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth. In this role, he provides direct leadership and support to the Strategic Sales, Sales Operations, and Business Development teams, ensuring alignment around a high-performance culture built on accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
Arturo joined LSA in March 2021 as a Strategic Sales Manager before expanding his impact by leading Demand Generation. With a strong background in both Sales and Business Development strategy, he has successfully built and guided teams that deliver measurable results. His broad experience across sales, pipeline development, and strategic partnerships uniquely positions him to support LSA’s mission and growth objectives.
Passionate about the work LSA does to bridge communication and connect people across languages, Arturo is committed to driving initiatives that create value for clients and empower his teams. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with family and friends and recharging outdoors in nature.
